They’re just as sweet and delicious (and sometimes tangy and decadent) as traditional pies, but you’ll generally have to put in a lot less work. And there are plenty of flavor options from which you can choose. When people think of no-bake pies, they usually think “Oreo pie,” “cream cheese pie,” and maybe “lemon icebox pie.” That’s usually as far as their imagination takes them. But after checking out these no-bake pie recipes, you’ll have a much larger selection to suit whatever cravings you’re having.
1. No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie
If peanut butter is your thing, this six-ingredient, 20-minute peanut butter pie is the dessert for you. All you’ll need to make it is cream cheese, powdered sugar, peanut butter, milk, whipped topping, and a graham cracker pie crust. It’s sweet, creamy, and supremely peanut buttery. And if you prefer a peanut butter chocolate or peanut butter caramel combination, you can always add those extra goodies on top. They’ll make it look nicer, too.
2. No-Bake Twix Pie
Most people love Twix because they have smooth, creamy chocolate outsides and crunchy and caramel-filled wafer insides. This pie isn’t precisely a Twix, but it tastes like one and retains the chocolate-caramel flavor and smooth-and-crunchy texture. Plus, you’ll add a generous serving of broken Twix bars and chocolate and caramel sundae sauces to the top. It looks fantastic and tastes even better.
3. No-Bake Banana Cream Pie
This creamy, perfect-for-summer pie is light, cool, and easy to make, requiring only seven common ingredients. It’s sweet and fluffy with a ton of yummy banana flavor. The vanilla wafer crust is crunchy and complements the banana cream pudding perfectly. Don’t forget to pile it high with whipped cream and fresh banana slices.
4. Millionaire Pie
This fruity, supremely moist pie is rich but not overly sugary sweet. Thanks to the crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, and whipped cream, it also has a distinctly tropical flavor. And don’t worry; it isn’t so soft and smooth that you can’t tell you’re eating it. The graham cracker crust and chopped pecans add a delightful bit of crunchiness, as well.
5. No-Bake Coconut Cream Pie
I love everything about coconut cream pie: its buttery, crumbly crust, the rich, summery flavor of the coconut pudding and whipped cream, and the hard-to-describe texture of the shredded coconut. If you love it, too, then this six-ingredient, no-bake recipe is one you’ll want to keep bookmarked. It takes 20 minutes or less to make and has a chill time of just 2 hours.
6. No-Bake Mud Pie
This lovely pie features two silky smooth layers of chocolate and whipped cream sandwiched between a crunchy Oreo crust and an equally crunchy Oreo topping. Unlike most of the others on the list, this one does require some small amount of cooking to make the filling, but you still won’t have to do any baking.
7. No-Bake Apple Pie Bites
These bite-sized pies are a mouthful of divine scrumptiousness. You’ll make traditional apple pie filling with apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, nutmeg, allspice, and all the rest. But instead of putting that filling into a large pie, you’ll spoon it into crispy phyllo dough cups. Top each one with a dollop of whipped cream, and you have a little taste of heaven on your plate.
8. Butterfinger Pie
One of the things I love most about no-bake pies is that they usually require few ingredients, but they look like they took a lot of hard work. This Butterfinger pie is a prime example. All you’ll need is cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, Butterfingers, Cool Whip, and your pie crust of choice. It takes 15 minutes to make, but it looks like it has a lot going on. It’ll impress everyone who tries it, so don’t spill the secret of how easy it is to make.
9. Chocolate Icebox Pie
If you’re a bit of a chocolate addict, then you’ll love this recipe for the chocolate icebox pie. With its crunchy Oreo crust and thick, creamy chocolate and coffee cream filling, it’s every chocolate lover’s dream come true.
10. No-Bake Pineapple Cream Pie
The no-bake pineapple cream pie is the quintessential “Oh no! I forgot!” dessert. It takes 5 minutes to prepare and uses only six simple ingredients. Like most of the pies on the list, it needs a few hours to chill, but you can’t beat it for last-minute convenience (as long as it isn’t too last-minute, of course).
11. No-Bake Key Lime Pie
If you prefer your desserts to have a bit of tartness to them, this zesty Key lime pie is an excellent option. For the crust, you’ll need nothing more than graham cracker crumbs and butter. The pie filling is almost as simple: cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and granulated sugar. Pull it together in 20 minutes or less, add a few slices of limes to make it look nice, and stick it in the fridge to chill for 4 hours.
12. No-Bake Pina Colada Cream Pie
I’m not going to start this with an obligatory “If you like pina coladas” joke because seriously, who doesn’t like pina coladas? I’m just going to assume you do and share this terrifically creamy, unbelievable pie with you. And yes, there’s plenty of pineapple in here, too.
13. Lemon Icebox Pie
If you like desserts that are tart, tangy, sweet, light, and perfect for summer, then you probably already know all about the lemon icebox pie. If not, you’re in luck: This recipe for it is superb. It takes only 15 minutes to make, less if you use a store-bought graham cracker pie crust. It’s so soft and smooth, and it’s an easy pie to decorate, as well. If you’re looking for an elegant addition to any brunch table, you can’t beat the lemon icebox pie.
14. No-Bake Pistachio Pie
Whether you’re looking for a St. Paddy’s dessert or want something creamy and tartly sweet, this mint green pistachio pie is just the thing. It has a light pineapple and pistachio flavor, and the mini-marshmallows, whipped cream, and maraschino cherries also add a nice bit of texture.
15. No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake Pie
This recipe is a bit like peanut butter and chocolate pie; only you’ll use Nutella instead of peanut butter. You’ll mix it with cream cheese and whipped cream for the filling and make the crust from crushed Oreos and butter. It’s decadent and delectable.
16. No-Bake Banana Split Pie
People always rave about how gorgeous this pie looks until they take the first bite. Then, they go on and on about its taste instead. With its graham cracker crust and sweet banana, pineapple, and Cool Whip filling, it’s hard not to like. Add the maraschino cherries and chocolate syrup, and you won’t find anyone who doesn’t love it.
17. No-Bake Banoffee Pie
This deep-dish banoffee pie looks like it would be complicated to make. Luckily, it isn’t. You’ll make your graham cracker crust as usual, though you’ll also add chocolate. For the filling, you’ll whip up some homemade caramel sauce from butter, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and a bit of salt. Pour it into the crust and let it sit overnight. Then, decorate the top with bananas, heavy cream, and more chocolate. (If I’m feeling frisky, I’ll sometimes add strawberries or blueberries, as well.)
18. No-Bake Cream Cheese Pie
This recipe is for a simple cream cheese pie with cherry filling. For the most part, we’ve all had it, and we all love it. Now, you can make your own in just 5 minutes. You’re welcome!
19. No-Bake Blueberry Pie
This juicy blueberry pie requires a bit of cooking to make the filling, but you’ll still never need to turn on your oven. You can use fresh or frozen blueberries, and you probably have everything you need to make it – except maybe the blueberries – in your kitchen already. All it takes is some sugar, salt, cornstarch, water, lemon juice, and blueberries. You can make homemade crust if you like, but store-bought tastes just as good in this pie. It’s all about the blueberries, anyway. Add a dollop of whipped cream to the top, and it’s ready to serve.
20. No-Bake Peppermint Pie
If you don’t already make this peppermint pie for your family’s Christmas dinner, you need to start immediately. It’s scrumptious, festive, and so easy to make. The crust is a rich, crumbly Oreo crust, and the filling is sweet, pepperminty, and incredible. As far as my family is concerned, you can toss all those elaborately decorated Christmas cakes in the trash. As long as I make two or three of these, they’re perfectly content.
21. No-Bake Mint Chocolate Chip Pie
Of course, if you prefer the flavor of Andes mints to pure peppermint, this minty, mint green delight might be the better holiday option. It features the same insanely yummy chocolate and mint flavor, but this one tastes a bit more like an actual Andes mint. They’re both excellent choices for your family’s holiday pie.
22. Chocolate Fluffernutter Pie
It’s probably no surprise that the chocolate fluffernutter pie is chocolatey, fluffy, and wonderfully nutty, thanks to the peanut butter. It’s also lovely, cold, and outrageously decadent, but trust me when I tell you that you’ll love every rich, creamy bite.
23. No-Bake Strawberry Cream Pie
You can make lots of excellent no-bake pies with Jell-O. This 10-minute strawberry cream pie is proof of that. You can start with a pre-made graham cracker crust or create your own. After you have it ready, all you need to work on is the filling, combining strawberry Jell-O, cold water, boiling water, ice, fresh strawberries, and Cool Whip. It’s a jiggly, wiggly pie that’s almost too tasty to believe.
24. No-Bake Butterscotch Pie
This crumbly, crunchy butterscotch pie takes only 10 minutes and eight ingredients to make. It’s packed with intense butterscotch flavor and topped with tasty pecans for extra yumminess.
25. No-Bake Orange Cream Pie
This beautiful orange pie is for all of my orange sherbert and orange push-pop fans out there. You’ll make the filing with real mandarin oranges, Cool Whip, and orange Jell-O. As a result, it’s smooth, creamy, and a bit gelatin-like to boot. The crust is a traditional graham cracker crust, but there’s a little kick of cinnamon in it as well. The rich spiciness of it complements the tanginess of all the oranges perfectly. Click on a star to rate it!
